Do advisors need a login?
They get an app; whether they use it is up to you. Billing is per advisor enabled in a module, not per login.
Do managers and schedulers cost anything?
No, ever.
What counts as an advisor?
An active person enabled in at least one module. Switching someone off stops the charge from that day, prorated.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. Choose your modules in Settings → Billing to continue.
Can I change modules?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated to the day.
Annual plans?
On request for larger teams. Billing is monthly by default.
Is there a setup fee?
No.
