Effective January 1, 2026
By creating an account or using the Cordy platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Cordy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Cordy.
To use Cordy, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Cordy offers multiple subscription tiers, including a free trial period. Pricing details are available on our pricing page. All paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as described in the Cancellation section below.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to Cordy’s features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded and access to certain features will be restricted. Your data will be retained for 90 days after the trial expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you will retain access for the remainder of the year you have already paid for.
After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. During this period, you may reactivate your account and restore your data. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.
You own all data you enter into Cordy, including bookings, agent records, school records, scheduling links, commissions, and any other content created within your organization’s account.
We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to operate the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time using the export feature in your account settings.
You agree to use Cordy only for its intended purpose: coordinating field representatives and managing scheduling operations. You may not use Cordy to transmit spam, malware, or any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Cordy platform. You may not use automated scripts or bots to access the service, scrape data, or circumvent rate limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service in a way that degrades the experience for other users.
We strive to keep Cordy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. For material changes that affect your workflow, we will provide reasonable notice.
Cordy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordy Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Cordy Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the application at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Cordy after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the service and cancel your account.
